Hours: 37.5 Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.00pm

What you'll be responsible for

  • You will be admitting, discharging and transferring patients on EPR, scanning patients notes onto EPR
  • Meeting and greeting patients and other health professionals
  • Booking transport and other admin duties should they arise
  • You will be working alongside our Pre-admission administrator cross covering each other when needed, full support and training will be given.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

You'll learn the following whilst working at the Trust

  • An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
  • Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
  • A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You'll have the following qualification/experience:

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • System experience - EPR (desirable, training can be provided)
  • Be experienced and skilled with Software Programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous NHS experience (desirable)
